DIY and Review : Gradient Lips using Yadah Angel Lip Tint

Finally i am back! I was having my exams and boy am i glad its over. When i was gone for this 3 weeks, my sis did some updates. So do check it out if you haven't.

As you know, Korean ulzzang look has been making its wave among Singaporean ladies. And one of the fundamentals to achieve this look would be having gradient lips. So what are gradient lips??  Have a look at the picture below.

Gradient lips are lips that have different colour tones starting with the darker tone from your inner lips to the lighter tone on your outer lips or vice verse. It gives a rather distinct colour contrast to your lips. But for the Koreans, having gradient lips means having a "just bitten lips" look. So today i shall achieve this similar look, mainly by using Yadah angel lip tint (colour : Red wine)

Step 1-3: Apply concealer all around your lips. As you would like to achieve the maximum intensity and contrast of the lip tint and lipstick. Especially if you have darker color lips!

Step 4-5: Apply lip tint to the inner corner of your top and bottom lips. ( As seen in the yellow highlighted region in picture 5)

Step 6-7: Apply a lipstick that is lighter in colour than your lip tint on the outer region of your top and bottom lips. And TADAH! you are done. Isn't it easy to achieve??

I really love "Angel lip tint" as the colour that it gives off is very vibrant and it literally stains your lips (Don't worry about it staining your teeth as it's removable on teeth but would stay on your lips for a few hours even if you use water to wash it off) . What's more it smells damn good for a lip tint and is very affordable. If you are interested in this product, you can take a look at this website where i purchase it . Yadah is a well-known cosmetic Korea brand for young ladies. So do check it out.

I hope you like this tutorial and review. If you are adventurous enough, do  try playing with bolder colour lipsticks and send me a photo of it as i would love to see the look you have achieve :) Do feel free to leave a comment or email me if you have any questions. Till then, toodles <3
